new operating types:

• Balance&Dim: two DALI addresses, address1 to control brightness, address2 to control colour temperature.
• Dim2Warm: one address to dim and simultaneously change colour temperature (the lower the dim value the warmer the colour temperature)
• Colour&Dim: two DALI addresses, address1 to control brightness, address2 to control colour.
• SwitchDim2: two switch inputs, enables for example tunable white and colour control without DALI (switch1 for brightness, switch2 for colour)

new functions:

• dimm range 0.1%-100%
• adjustable PWM frequency from 244Hz up to 1kHz, for all CV devices
• optional broadcast-control
• adjustable Tc-increment(forCW-WW)
